Established over 15 years we are the world's leading training organisation for the Factoring / Discounting and ABL (Asset Based Lending) Industry and a major training company in the areas of financial training, and general and specialist management training in the wider market, particularly in the 'Call Centre' sector.
Our two directors Robin and Eileen Peers have between them over 50 years of experience in the factoring / discounting and ABL industry as well as 30+ in training and developing people.
During this time we have run numerous training events including having over 800 students (from over 20 countries) pass through our formal professional education programmes in Factoring and Discounting. All of these formal programmes having been written and produced by FaCTS International. We also have many delegates attending our highly practical training workshops and masterclasses.

Consultancy
From setting up factoring companies (setting up the very successful MFactor in Sri Lanka) to specialised support services we have worked closely in and on all aspects of the industry.
General Training
In addition to this specialist training we also provide a wide range of training workshops to all types of companies and organisations. Our work in the 'General Management and Financial' field is our second largest business area, both for companies in the industry but also non factoring organisations.
