Tracking
at high speed across the unmowed meadow - in the lead
Grace (a few days off having her babies) and daughter
Ellie-May, followed up by the old girl Polly
|

Grace
and daughter Ellie-May

|

Grace's
last litter on the way to the vet for their vaccinations.
Its a bit like like tying string around
sand - trying to keep all the puppies in the car whilst
taking them out one at a time!!!
|
The
rather strange 'bloodhound' on the left of the picture
is actually one of our Herdwick Sheep. His name is
Eric and he was born in March 2004. Unfortunately
he thinks that he is a bloodhound. In this picture
he is being taught how to track by Grace, Phoebe and
Ellie-May..JPG)

All
the gang are here.
|
The
terribly interesting event happening here is a Golden
Retriever passing down our lane - the cheek of it...
don't they know that lesser dogs are not allowed here!
|
|

God
... but that smells good
|

Another
nice rolly polly puppy (Slobber) just before heading
off to his new home in Malta.
|

Behind
bars - but not for long as they very soon learnt how
to escape!!!
|

Yes
that smell from earlier is even better just here in
this one spot....

We like to 'expose' our new puppies to as many people
as possible as well as to our other hounds once they
are past the 3 week mark
Here we have some visitors - all ages! and thei first
exposure to a Bloodhound! although they are now on
the list for one of Ellie-May's puppies. And also
Pheobe visting her nephews and nieces.
